MS Copilot has a number of plans, depending on what you need it for. In regards to meetings, there are a few main plans you should be looking at: Business, Enterprise, and Copilot for Finance. For all plans, you’ll need to agree to a 12 month contract, regardless of how frequently you’re billed.

The Business plan is for companies with less than 300 employees. This costs $30 per user per month if billed annually, or $31.50 if billed monthly. This plan unlocks full integration with all of Microsoft’s apps, the ability to send emails, schedule meetings, and summarize documents. You’ll also get access to Copilot Studio so you can make your own specialized agents.

The Enterprise plan is the same as above but for companies with more than 300 employees. It costs the same: $30 per user per month when billed annually, or $31.50 if billed monthly.

Copilot for Finance hasn’t been officially released yet, but you can subscribe to be informed about specifics as they happen. Copilot for Sales, which is similar in many respects, is priced at $50 per user per month, or an additional $20 if you already have a Copilot subscription. These are both when billed annually.

Is MS Copilot Worth the Price?

Copilot is a good tool for scheduling meetings, as well as transcribing and summarizing your conversations. However, it is far from the best tool for the job. There are plenty of Copilot alternatives that can do all this and more.
