GPT, Open AI, LaMDA. These words are everywhere at the moment, and with good reason. No, the robot uprising hasn’t begun….just yet. But like the Space Race of the 1960s, we are now seeing what is ultimately the AI Race.

As with most tech, a lot of the potential is still yet to be discovered, but with the technology advancing faster than ever before, it’s no surprise that SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings are now starting to roll out leveraging this revolutionary technology as part and parcel of their functions. Some of it is designed to save time and take manual work out of the equation, and some…well, some are just plain silly.

Tom in particular has harnessed the power of GPT in order to create SoMe content. It’s genius…just a little unnerving. 👀👀👀

GPT SaaS Tools You Should Check Out

While many are convinced that AI is going to change the world (and we absolutely agree with them), broad claims are one thing, and concrete examples are another. So what can GPT actually do in our day-to-day lives? Writing funny raps is cool and all, but can injecting the power of AI directly into SaaS make life…well, better? We think so.

Don’t believe us? Here are some incredible, helpful, life-changing, and funny SaaS tools that will blow your digital socks off. Oh! And they all start with FREE plans or trials. 🤑

Ask Viable

Yo, user researchers – this one’s for you! Ask Viable takes that lovely, qualitative data you’ve collected and turns it into sweet, sweet analysis avoiding all that brain ache and limiting potential bias. The software combines multiple data sources into one place, merging the data, joining the dots, and… most importantly, you don’t need to stare glassily into a Google Sheet document for hours.

And it’s not just your product and research teams who get in on the action. NOPE. Marketing and customer research guys, there’s tonnes for you too.

SheetAI

This sexy little spreadsheet helper, SheetAI, can absolutely elevate your cell game. I mean, it’s 2023, and we can’t even spellcheck on a spreadsheet or remember how to do that by joining together two… ah, never mind.

Sheet AI injects that innovative writing AI into your spreadsheets to create tag lines, email subject lines, and even explain WHAT THE EFF is happening in the spreadsheet by succinctly explaining it to you after analyzing it. If you want a quick way to analyze what is in those cells, this tool will absolutely make your life easier.

tl;dv

tl;dv is the perfect companion for your chosen research repository software
Source; tl;dv

Quite simply, the ultimate AI meeting recorder. This isn’t just a typical meeting recording software but a smart one that acts intelligently and allows you to use it cleverly. It’s particularly beloved by product managers and UX researchers as a remote user research tool, but has elements useful for other deartments. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and even HR use tl;dv for more productive meetings, better documentation and effective follow-ups.

Some of the most helpful features include searching through all your stored and recorded meetings using text. This means any spoken word or reference in a meeting can be instantly reviewed. How is this possible? That’ll be super powerful transcription functionality. Meeting transcriptions are live, automatic, speaker-recognizing, translatable, searchable, and can be used to create clips. You can also create notes, tag colleagues, or add clickable timestamps.

Besides the manual timestamping feature, you can also benefit from a GPT3-powered summary of key takeaways. The AI meeting assistant will identify questions, insights, action points and more. You can basically start skipping meetings and catching up in minutes.

ABtesting

Boost conversion rates, but make it sexy. That’s ABtesting. This is an amazing SaaS to help you optimize the heck out of your landing pages. Now, I bet you’re thinking, “but we can already create separate landing pages and do A/B testing… what’s this got to do with AI?” Ahhh, young grasshopper. This lets you set and forget it.

Simply spend just ten minutes setting it up, and it will use data-driven insights and real-time customer actions to tweak, adjust and create the perfect landing copy. This software is saying: “Just chill out and watch your numbers go up.”

You don’t even need to have a particular CMS, either. It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc. I mean, A/B testing just got a helluva lot easier.

Grammarly

Yep, everybody’s favorite spellchecker Grammarly is absolutely AI and uses GPT-3. If you’re not sure what Grammarly is, well, it’s basically like spell check but elevated. While it’s simplistic, it hints at some of the cool things we will be able to get AI to do as it develops.

Grammarly can be installed directly into your extension bar, or you can use the web platform itself (also, we love this because it means that you ALWAYS have an extra backup of your writing!) It then scans the text and corrects spelling, grammar, etc. If you level up to a premium account, it detects things like confidence and friendliness. You can even get it to help make your writing more professional or creative. It’s like having your very own editor at the click of your finger.

With its tone detection and the advancements in AI, who knows what it’ll be able to do in the future? Will AI be able to help salespeople sell more effectively and marketers create copy that’ll inform 99% of readers? Will it be able to give you the EXACT wording to make someone hire you on the spot? The sky is the limit!

Cartoons are awesome. And making videos for business is also awesome but incredibly time-consuming and expensive.

Fortunately enough Artflow is here to save the day. This nifty piece of software allows you to make your own animated videos, complete with characters. You just type in what character you want, and the AI creates it. With different backgrounds, voices, and tones, you can type dialogue in and create compelling videos in minutes. It’s a great way to create something a bit different, personalized, and useful for marketing in a few clicks.

Ferret

When you last wanted to check if something was legit, what did you do? Did you go and do a quick Google? Have a look at review websites and social media? Ferret is an AI tool that helps you perform due diligence without any whitewashed spiels that companies and individuals will do to make themselves seem better.

It searches multiple data points, including white-collar crime records, news insights, legal records, and more,. This means that you can plug-in potential business opportunities, individuals, and investment potentials and make sure that there are no major red flags. It’s a great tool for business owners who want to ensure they are protected from potential liabilities.

Looti

If you have a sales or business development team, they will undoubtedly express some sort of frustration over lead gen from time to time. Either purchasing in leads, getting data, cold calling, outreach, whatever… without data and people to try and reach out to, it’s hard to sell.

Looti is a tool that’s all about using what you’ve got to get more out of it and make it work harder. Looti uses AI to scan your CRM system, looking at all your customers, prospects, sales, and more. It will then categorize, score and rank potential opportunities. If you have had more success with a particular industry, Looti will flag it.

It’s a way of ensuring that your data is being used properly, thoroughly, and to the best of its advantage. Equally, the AI will ensure that you’re only contacting or reaching out to people who want, need, or fit the right persona. So no calling anybody irrelevant ever again!

DocuChat

Docuchat

This one is a bit absurd, and it took a while for us to get our heads around it, but it’s quite simply brilliant. If you have any complicated documents or large text files, you upload them to DocuChat, and the AI turns that document into a… well, we guess, a person or chatbot. If you have any confusing user research, or a large document of features to try and digest, you can upload and INTERVIEW the document. Wild, we know! You ask the chatbot questions, and it’ll be able to analyze and answer them. This is great for taking complex documents, breaking them down, and understanding how they fit into your projects.

Alternatively, you can create a culture and code of conduct bot to share with all the company. Just upload company documents, and employees can ask questions about company policies, where certain things are within a system, etc. Also, thankfully, if the information requested isn’t in the system, rather than guessing it (looking at you Chat GPT), it will simply say, “I don’t know” rather than trying to guess or using the Internet. We don’t want a Google Bard situation.

Clevr

DocuChat

Our last AI-enhanced tool is Clevr. Designed to assist marketing teams or for companies that are too small to have a full marketing team, it aggregates ALL the data from your marketing platforms to give you insights. So rather than looking at Google Analytics, your email outreach open rate, and your social media engagement and trying to look at them individually within your strategy, Clevr pulls them together to give you actual insights based on data.

Combining AI SaaS Tools for Optimal Workflows

So there you have it: SaaS AI tools to supercharge your team’s productivity and creative process. Whatever part of a business you work in or whatever your daily routine looks like, this is just the start of what AI will be able to do.

All these tools are incredible in themselves, but when used together amazing things can happen. Imagine being able to extract the transcriptions of a user research call with tl;dv, then feed it into DocuChat to ask questions and uncover insights. Or you could conduct marketing research, feed the results into ABtesting, then use Clever align landing pages and all other channels based on the insights. The limits are endless!

Get ready for a future of automation, innovation, and AI-generated cocktail recipes. Cheers!
